nanny JOURNEY
The following are the steps that you will be guided through to find your favourite family(s):
1) nanny registration form
Submit your application in the nanny registration form below, including your qualifications, experience, references, and language skills. We review your application to ensure you meet our basic requirements; we're looking for nannies who not only have the qualifications but also the heart and dedication to provide exceptional care!

We conduct a face-to-face interview where we assess your personality, values, and approach to childcare. We will also discuss your experience with (international) families and how the Nanny Collective fits into your life.
3) final verification
If the interview outcome is a match between you and the Collective, we will ask you to fill in a second registration form with your detailed experience as a nanny, whereafter we will verify all your information and conduct thorough background checks, including reference checks, police checks and social media screening.
We invite you to our team!
Once all three steps are successfully proceeded, we welcome you to our team! You will be introduced to our procedures and the way we work; both within the team and how the family matching looks like.
